Horner Iron & Ember was born from a simple idea: bring world-class BBQ to the people who work hardest — at prices that don't break the bank.

With a culinary degree and five years in the industry, I've learned that great food doesn't have to be expensive. It just has to be made with care, quality ingredients, and respect for tradition.

We're starting in Southern Wyoming, with Northern Colorado coming soon — serving construction crews and job sites. Because when you're building something great, you deserve a meal that's great too.
